PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve such defects that slip accidents or rear-end collision accidents are apt to be brought about because rainwater is accumulated on a road face in a road where precast concrete slabs are laid. SOLUTION: A pavement slab 1 in which water-permeable paving layers 3 are laminated so as to form a horizontal upper face is laid on a concrete base 2 provided with a slanting face 5 forming a downslope toward a drain 4 on the upper face of the base. In this way, an easy drainable road can be easily constructed in a short time. In a road constructed by continuously laying the pavement slabs, rainwater is led to permeate the water permeable pavement layer 3 and securely flow down from the slanting face 5 on the concrete base 2 to the drain 4 and discharged therefrom. The water discharged from respective pavement slabs 1 can be easily collected and disposed of.
