PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating structure of a planetary gear device capable of surely supplying the lubricant to a sliding surface of a thrust washer only by using a sheet of thrust washer, and executing the simple working to the thrust washer. SOLUTION: A pinion shaft 10 is relatively rotatably inserted into a central hole 4d1 of a pinion gear 4d of a planetary gear device through a needle bearing 11, and both ends of the pinion shaft 10 are supported by a carrier 4c. A thrust washer 31 inserted into the pinion shaft 10 is mounted between an end surface of the pinion gear 4d and a side surface of the carrier 4c. A lubrication hole for supplying the lubricant to the needle bearing 11 is formed on the pinion shaft 10, and an oil reserving hole 31b is formed on the thrust washer 31 in a state that an inner diameter side end is positioned at an inner diameter side with respect to a sliding surface of the thrust washer 31 and the pinion gear 4d, and an outer diameter side end is positioned in the sliding surface of the thrust washer 31 and the pinion gear 4d.
