PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathing chair by which a person required caring can be bathed with a shower in a bathroom of a household while letting the person sit on the chair. SOLUTION: This bathing chair is made of a synthetic resin, and is integrally molded into a shape having a cross section of an approx. L-shape of a seat section 2 and a back section 3. On the upper surface of the seat section 2, at the central section of the lateral width, a hand-inserting recess section 4 which is long in the longitudinal direction is provided in a manner to be open to the upper surface and in the direction to the front surface. Also, under the seat section 2, a moving means 10 is arranged for the bathing chair 1.
