<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic solution and a battery capable of improving high temperature characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A separator (23) is impregnated with the electrolytic solution. The electrolytic solution includes a solvent containing 4, 5-difluoro-1, and 3-dioxolan-2-one. The content of 4, 5-difluoro-1 and 3-dioxolan-2-one is within a range of 5 to 50 mass%, and when 4-fluoro-1 and 3-dioxolan-2-one are mixed to be used, the content is preferable to be within a range of 5 to 2000 vol.ppm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
