<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a constructional plywood using waste fiber is provided to reduce the cost of manufacturing, and to improve the utility thereof by reducing a weight of the completed plywood in comparing with normal wood. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a constructional plywood using waste fiber is comprised of steps of; a waste fiber cutting step(S1); a fiber beating step(S2); a first molding step(S3) for pouring the fiber with polyester, polyethylene, or acryl or pure cotton into a mold; a second molding step(S4) for compressing the molded article; a third molding step(S5) for passing the molded article through heating and compressing rollers in order to successively lower a temperature of the molded article; a cooling step(S6); a coating step(S7); and a forming step(S8) for cutting and molding the coated article to have a desired size and shape.</p> |
