A device for hydroabrasive cutting sheet materials relates to the field of mechanical engineering. The device comprises a cutting head, on which a water nozzle is rigidly fastened, a mechanism for turning the cutting head with its rotary arm-rotor and a mechanism of its inclination. On the rotary arm-rotor of rotation mechanism a height sensor with a probe is located. The inclination mechanism of the cutting head consists of a toothed arc-shaped sector rigidly mounted on the rotary arm-rotor of rotation mechanism, a segment of circular guide, a wheel gear rigidly connected to the shaft of engine of inclination mechanism. The cutting head and engine of inclination mechanism are motionlessly installed on a carriage. In addition, they are immovably installed on the carriage by a bracket. The output and quality of cutting seam at producing conical holes are increased. |
