A manufacturing method of a sheet for extraction bag (5) is provided with [1] a process for making a rotary supporter (10) support tags (2) at a prescribed interval, [2] a thread guard process for forming a continuous pattern of a thread material (3) on a peripheral face of the rotary supporter (10), [3] a seal process for bonding the thread material (3) and the tag (2), [4] a process for supplying a water filter sheet (4) onto the tag and the thread material (3) on the rotary supporter (10), [5] a seal process for bonding the thread material and the water filter sheet on the rotary supporter, and [6] a seal process for bonding the tag and the water filter sheet on the rotary supporter. In the seal processes of [3], [5] and [6], a seal head which reciprocates and rocks with an axial center of the rotary supporter (10) as a center and which moves up and down with respect to the peripheral face of the rotary supporter (10) by a rocking servo motor (66) and a vertical movement servo motor (65) is used. Thus, a bonding condition of the tags, the thread material and the water filter sheet is optimized for manufacturing the sheet for extraction bag by arranging the tags on the band-like water filter sheet at the prescribed intervals and disposing the long thread material in a specified rotary pattern. |
