<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential signal transmission line which adjusts differential impedance with high precision, and also to provide a small-sized and cost-reduced wiring board including the same. <P>SOLUTION: A differential signal transmission unit 600 includes: a substrate 201a; four differential signal transmission lines 601-604; and ground lines 605a, 605b, 606a, 606b. Signal transmission lines 601a and 601b, signal transmission lines 602a and 602b, signal transmission lines 603a and 603b, and signal transmission lines 604a and 604b, are provided to face each other with the substrate 201a inbetween. The ground lines 605a, 605b are provided at a position away from the signal transmission lines 601a, 601b for a predetermined distance (x) in a width direction, and the ground lines 606a, 606b are provided at a position away from the signal transmission lines 604a, 604b for the predetermined distance (x) in a width direction.
