PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low viscous, stable cosmetic that contains a large amount of oily components, exhibits excellent moisture retention and gives a fresh feeling upon use without using a special machine such as a high-pressure emulsifier or the like. SOLUTION: The low viscous O/W type emulsified composition, which contains a large amount of oily components though being low viscous, exhibits excellent moisture retention, gives a fresh feeling upon use and is excellently stable, is provided by preparing a non-aqueous emulsified product comprising a polyglycerin fatty acid ester, a polyhydric alcohol and 5-30 wt.% of a liquid oil and further adding thereto an aqueous phase comprising water, a moisturizer and the like.
