PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is much futility of generating an idle time that the size of Bootable is increased, it is impossible to start only a specific CPU at high speed, or only the Bootable of the specific CPU is large and other CPUs are made to wait for the Bootable of a Main CPU until an operation developed by the Main CPU is completed after completing the development of their Bootables, etc. in an integrated device which operates by developing the Bootables on a storage device. SOLUTION: In a system having a plurality of CPUs, when a CPU 1 must be preceded to be loaded at high speed, the CPU 1 and a CPU 2 are started by each BOOTROM. The BOOTABLE of the CPU 1 is divided in advance into a plurality of SECTIONs stored on an HDD. The CPU 1 and the CPU 2 individually load the BOOTABLEs divided at each SECTION.
