<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packet-data transmission method of a communication system capable of solving conventional issues. <P>SOLUTION: A method and an apparatus are utilized for a transmitter having a radio protocol, equipped with upper rank hierarchies (PDCP:10, 12, 14) and lower rank hierarchies (RLC:16, 18, 20), to manage a total header packet transmission, when a data packet is transmitted to a receiver. On receiving the success of the upper rank hierarchies (PDCP), in transmission of the total data packet from the lower rank hierarchy (RLC), the upper rank hierarchy (PDCP) determines to stop the transmission of further total header packet, including the same total header packet, as that which has already been successful in transmission. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
