TUNDISH AND CONTINUOUS CASTING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A tundish for guiding flow of molten steel and a continuous casting method using the same are provided to control the flow of the molten steel using a gas emission unit and to improve the continuous casting quality. CONSTITUTION: A tundish for guiding flow of molten steel comprises a tundish main body(10) and a gas emission unit(20). The molten steel moves into the tundish main body. The gas emission unit is installed inside the tundish main body and squirts the gas to guide the movement of the molten steel. The gas emission unit includes a diffuser(30) and a gas supply line. The diffuser emits the supplied gas. The gas supply line supplies the gas to the diffuser and is installed inside the tundish main body.
