A substrate of a touch display screen and a manufacturing method therefor, a touch screen and a display device. The substrate comprises an underlayment (1) and an electrode layer arranged on the underlayment (1); the electrode layer comprises a plurality of first electrodes (10) and a plurality of third electrodes (11) which cross each other and are electrically insulated; when the first electrodes (10) and the third electrodes (11) are in a first time period in which an image is displayed, the first electrodes (10) and the third electrodes (11) input a common electrode signal; and when the first electrodes (10) and the third electrodes (11) are in a second time period in which the image is not displayed, some of the first electrodes (10) and the third electrodes (11) input a touch control signal. A touch receiving electrode and a touch transmitting electrode can be arranged in the same layer, and when a common electrode is formed on a substrate, the touch transmitting electrode and the touch receiving electrode can be formed on the formed common electrode. By means of the present invention, the structure of a substrate is simplified, the production process of the substrate is simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the substrate is reduced. |
