Disclosed are a method and device for forwarding authentication information in the Internet of things, and a repeater, which are used for limited nodes. The method comprises: receiving authentication information; determining whether the authentication information is received for the first time; if the authentication information is not received for the first time, forwarding the authentication information; and if the authentication information is received for the first time, determining whether the authentication information is valid authentication information, discarding the authentication information if the authentication information is not the valid authentication information, verifying the valid authentication information if the authentication information is the valid authentication information, and forwarding the valid authentication information after the verification succeeds. According to embodiments of the present invention, resources of the limited nodes can be saved, and the performance of the Internet of things can be improved. |
