PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide chopsticks having excellent handleability by facilitating proper use for different purposes in scooping or mixing food as well as picking it up.SOLUTION: A handle part 2 of a chopsticks 1 is formed nearly squarely in the contour of the cross section orthogonal to the axial line 1a of the chopsticks. A tip part 3 of the chopsticks is formed such that the contour of the cross section is inclined relative to the cross sectionally nearly square four sides 2a, 2a of the handle part 2, and has mutually parallel two cut lines 3a, 3a. The size X in the thickness direction which is the size between the cut lines 3a, 3a is formed smaller than the size Y in the orthogonal direction to the thickness direction. In this instance, the chopsticks 1 is provided with a mark 4 indicating the position of the cut face 3b that is formed by the cut line 3a. |
