PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent transfer failure or charging failure while preventing increase of circuit size and cost.SOLUTION: A constant current control unit 607 and a high-voltage generating unit 608 control the current value to be supplied to a transfer roller 16 according to a predetermined voltage level. A current detection unit 110 generates a current value detection voltage representing a voltage value corresponding to the current value. The current control unit controls the current value to be supplied to the transfer roller according to a deviation obtained as a comparison result between the voltage level and the current value detection voltage. The current detection unit has a current detection resistance through which a current flowing transfer roller via a current supply path flows. The current detection unit determines a voltage value equivalent to an amount of voltage drop at the current detection resistance as the current value detection voltage. |
