PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image measurement device that facilitates designation of an area for edge extraction without degrading accuracy of dimension measurement.SOLUTION: The image measurement device includes: extraction area designation means that designates an edge extraction area on a wide area image for setting on the basis of an area setting operation; inspection wide area image generation means that generates a wide area image for inspection including each field of view of two or more work images for inspection by photographing a work of an inspection target; matching means that uses matching information and detects a position and posture of a measurement target in the inspection wide area image; edge area setting means that sets the edge extraction area for each work image on the basis of a matching result obtained by the matching means; edge extraction means that extracts an edge from the work image on the basis of pixel data within the edge extraction area in each work image; and dimension calculation means that calculates a dimension of the work on the basis of positions of edges in at least two work images on the inspection wide area image. |
