PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate turbulence of flow of fluid to generate pulsation suitable for enhancing heat transfer in fluid.SOLUTION: A fluid transport device includes: a heat exchanger having a flow passage in which fluid flows, and performing heat exchange between fluid and another object; and a pump pulsating fluid in the flow passage. When flow of fluid in the flow passage becomes steady flow flowing in a flow direction, flow of fluid in at least a part of the flow passage becomes laminar flow. The pump generates a reverse gradient period T3 the difference between front and rear pressures of fluid becomes negative, by pulsating fluid in the flow passage; and in the reverse gradient period T3, in the vicinity of the inner wall surface of the flow passage, generates, in fluid, backflow advancing in a reverse direction to the flow direction of the steady flow.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
