The one-piece stamped material for wrapping, and especially as an envelope, has a main flap section (14) opposite the closure flap section (15) which has a glue strip coating (23) at the envelope closing zone (22). The side flaps (12,13) have a bevelled bond (18) with the main flap and closure flap (15). The flaps (12-15) are divided from the ground surface (11) by two parallel folding lines (16-16c,17-17c).
