PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the compression of respective projections and improve cleaning pressure and cleaning efficiency by coveredly attaching elastic cleaning members on both faces of a disc-shaped board having a plurality of notches formed therein through the respective notches and forming a plurality of projections in such positions as not overlapped with the respective notches in the surface of the cleaning members. SOLUTION: This disc brush 10A comprises a disc-shaped board 11, and sponge cleaning members 12 coveredly attached to its both front/rear surfaces. The board 11 is formed of a central hole 14 for attaching it to a brush shaft and a plurality of notches 15 extending from the outer circumferential part to the central part. Then, the respective notches 15 are formed radially across the whole board 11, and a plurality of branch grooves 15a extending in the circumferential direction are formed so as to divide the surface into a plurality of small portions 11a which can be elastically deformed to absorb the external force acting on the board 11. On the other hand, a plurality of projections 12a are radially formed in such positions as not overlapped with the respective notches 15 in the surface of the cleaning member 12 and the respective projections 12a are individually supported by the board 11 and brought in contact with a work to be cleaned.
