<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fuel cell which reduces ununiformity in distribution of surface pressure in a stack even in case of a membrane electrode assembly (MEA) having an inclining carbon nanotube catalyst layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a fuel cell includes a step for forming, on a first substrate, a first carbon nanotube catalyst layer inclining against the thickness direction of the first substrate, a step for forming, on a second substrate, a second carbon nanotube catalyst layer inclining against the thickness direction of the second substrate, a step for bonding the catalyst layer formation surface of the first substrate and one surface of an electrolyte membrane, a step for arranging the second substrate so that the surface thereof is parallel with the surface of the first substrate and the catalyst layer formation surface of the second substrate is parallel with that of the first substrate, and bonding the catalyst layer formation surface of the second substrate and the other surface of the electrolyte membrane, and a step for removing the first substrate and the second substrate, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
