The controller has a nut and an adjustment unit (2) with water inlet openings (11, 21), respectively. A gap (42) is provided between the lower side of the unit (2) and an upper side of a separate base of a main body and forms a water outlet opening. A spring (3) is accommodated in the unit (2) and supported with both ends at the unit (2) and the base. The unit (2) can be moved up and down by the water pressure and the spring action of the spring.
