<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent substance wheel with which the drop of conversion efficiency into fluorescence light can be achieved by suppressing the increase of temperature of the fluorescent substance. <P>SOLUTION: A fluorescent substance wheel 1 according to the present invention is a fluorescent substance wheel which can rotate about a predetermined rotational axis 5 and has a substrate through which light passes, a fluorescent substance 3 coated on the surface of the substrate, heat releasing plates 6 and 7 provided on at least either of the inner side of the fluorescent substance closer to the rotational axis and the outer side of the fluorescent substance opposite to the rotational axis, avoiding light path of light passing through the fluorescence substance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
