PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and manufacturing facilities for an optical film which can be suitably used for suppressing the generation of an agglutinated foreign matter. SOLUTION: A connecting section is arranged in a piping at a position upstream of a static mixer. A UV agent solution supplying line and a mat material agent liquid supplying line are connected via the connection section and the additive liquids such as a UV agent solution or a mat agent liquid are added in line during doping a raw material. The additive liquid is prevented from backward flowing by arranging a check valve 43 in the connecting section. The check valve 43 is constituted of a case 71, a valve seat 72 disposed in the case 71, a check ball 73, a coil spring 74, and a holding cylinder 75. Four liquid grooves 75c are formed in a coil spring receiving hole section 75b of the holding cylinder 75. Solution film making is possible which can bypass the malfunction due to the foreign matter by the agglutinated foreign matter contained in the mat agent caused by the stagnation of the additive liquid in the coil spring receiving hole section 75b because the coil spring receiving hole section 75b and the liquid grooves 75c which are integrally formed become a liquid flowing path of the additive liquid.
