PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-variable mass flow rate transmitter capable of determining whether the integrated flow rate of instantaneous integrated flow rate is appropriate. SOLUTION: The multi-variable mass flow rate transmitter comprises a differential pressure/static pressure/temperature arithmetic section for calculating the differential pressure value, static pressure value, and temperature value on real time based on a signal detected by a process, an instantaneous flow rate arithmetic section for calculating the instantaneous flow rate based on the differential pressure value, the static pressure value, and the temperature value, an integrating counter for integrating the output from the instantaneous flow rate arithmetic section and generating an integrated flow rate, and an integrated flow rate alarm section for issuing an alarm when the output value of the integrating counter becomes a predetermined value.
