PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating route searching device capable of securing surely a residence time at a passing spot, preventing deviation of an estimation time of a traffic state caused by the residence time at the passing spot, and improving route search of the optimum route from a starting place to a destination and calculation accuracy of a required time. SOLUTION: In a route searching means 1, a route search condition setting part 11 retrieves a facility pertinent to a passing spot from a position coordinate of the passing spot inputted from a route search condition input means 2, from a passing spot information accumulation DB 16, and sets passing spot information including a residence time at the pertinent facility as a route search condition. A route pattern calculation part 12 calculates all combinations of the passing order of each passing spot returning to the starting place via all the passing spots from the starting place based on the route search condition. A route searching part 13 searches for the optimum route by using a passing required time of a road section according to the traffic state estimated by a traffic state estimation part 14 based on a cumulative required time including the residence time at the passing spot relative to all the calculated combinations.
