FALSIFICATION DETECTION DEVICE AND SYSTEM FOR MOVING IMAGE CONTENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect falsification of a video content such as deletion, addition or replacement by use of an electronic watermark with high accuracy.

SOLUTION: Regularity information such as a time code previously embedded by the electronic watermark is detected from a predetermined number of successive pieces of frame data of the video content by the electronic watermark. When the electronic watermark is not detected from the prescribed number of successive pieces of the frame data, a non-detection frequency is calculated, and the falsification to the prescribed number of pieces of the frame data is decided on the basis of the detected regularity information and the non-detection frequency.
