<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tooth cleaning device capable of enhancing the effect to attract the component of the medicine used for cleaning teeth to a tooth face. <P>SOLUTION: The tooth cleaning device includes: a cleaning operation part 70 for cleaning teeth; a cleaning operation part outermost layer 72 having a positive polarity for energizing the teeth, and cleaning operation part innermost layer 74 having a negative polarity; and an inside power source 26 supplying electricity to the electrodes. The cleaning operation part outermost layer 72 and the cleaning operation part innermost layer 74 are arranged in the cleaning operation part 70.
