<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently prepare or set at least two out of data to be formed as an image in a recorded medium, data to be recorded as a data in a noncontact tag, and data to be formed as the image in a recorded medium, and also to be recorded as the data in the noncontact tag, in a document data editing device for editing a document data. <P>SOLUTION: A room number "703" is highlighted (B) after a text to be printed for a key in a hotel is input by a printing mode (A), a mode is set to input data to be printed and data to be written in a tag independently in association with each other and a picture on a display is changed as shown in (C), when inputting a code "376538" for unlocking a room.
