<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts ordering system for automatically ordering a parts using parts information of a device, to efficiently deliver parts of the device. <P>SOLUTION: A printer part management computer PC predicts, based on consumable article information of a printer, a future use quantity of each consumable article, and adds the predicted result to a current consumable article stock quantity to confirm a consumable article A whose future consumable article stock quantity satisfies current consumable article stock quantity predicted use quantity≤Th (Th:threshold) within a delivery period. When the consumable article A exists, another consumable article B is confirmed whose consumable article stock number is smaller than a stock maximum that is an allowable value of stock quantity determined for each consumable article. When both the consumable article A and the consumable article B exist, the consumable articles A and B are automatically ordered so as to maximize the stock quantities thereof.
