<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system easily providing information on popularity of a property in a market. <P>SOLUTION: This transaction support system has: a database 101 storing business negotiation history information wherein a property identifier for identifying the property and a business negotiation status value showing a progress of a business negotiation to a customer interested in the property are associated; a reception part 102 receiving browsing request from a computer through an electric communication line 3; a browsing information generation part 103 extracting the business negotiation history information from the database 101 about at least one property and generating browsing information for displaying the business negotiation status value related to the property on a screen of the computer, when receiving the browsing request; and a transmission part 104 transmitting the browsing information to the computer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
