ANALYTICAL METHOD, ANALYSIS SYSTEM, ANALYZING APPARATUS, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytical method for achieving a proper maintenance contract corresponding to control content by simpler configurations.

SOLUTION: A printer server 1 analyzes the use circumstances of a printer 2 operating according to a job to be transmitted from a user PC 3. Firstly, the printer server 1 accepts the job to be transmitted from the user PC. Then, the print server 1 calculates the points of processing corresponding to the printer 2 by a calculation step based on the accepted job. The total value of the points of the printer 2 calculated by the calculation step is successively stored in the storage part in a storage step. Lastly, when the total points stored by the storage step reach reference points stored in the storage part, warning information is transmitted to an administrator PC4.
