<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dimension in a width direction without causing flow out of flash. <P>SOLUTION: In two divided members 21, 22 mutually oscillation-welded by band shape joint parts 23, 24, one is the divided member 21 with rib having a rib 26 for stopping flash along both sides of the joint part 23 and another is the divided member 22 without rib. Width D3 of the joint part 23 of the divided member 21 with rib is set narrower than width D4 of the joint part 24 of the divided member 22 without rib in a parallel zoneα1 where the joint parts 23, 24 are formed along a vibration direction F, and width D5 of the joint part 23 of the divided member 21 with rib is set wider than width D6 of the joint part 24 of the divided member 22 without rib in an orthogonal zoneα2 where the joint parts 23, 24 are formed along a direction orthogonal to the vibration direction F. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
