<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant composition for automotive primer excellent in ability to disperse solid fine particles, alcohol tolerance, storage stability, glossiness (primer smoothness) and compatibility with a binder resin, and to provide a method for producing the dispersant composition for automotive primer, and a dispersion using the dispersant composition. <P>SOLUTION: The dispersant composition for automotive primer excellent in dispersion ability is obtained by bringing a dispersant composition comprising an aromatic polyester polyol (a1), an aliphatic polyester polyol and/or an aliphatic polyether polyol (a2), a tertiary amine-containing diol (B), and an organic diisocyanate (C) into reactions according to specific steps.
