PURPOSE: An operating method of a fuel cell system is provided to optimize the operation of the fuel cell system by controlling the supply pressure of gas, flow rate, relative humidity, etc, and to improve operation efficiency at the same time. CONSTITUTION: An operating method of a fuel cell system(20) comprises: a step of measuring air-supply temperature of the back side of an air blower(34), which supplies air to a stack(10); a step of measuring cooling water discharged from the stack; and a step of comparing temperature difference between the air-supply temperature and cooling water, and controlling the relative moisture of an air supplied to the stack. The operation method of a fuel cell system additionally comprises: a step of measuring the concentration of oxygen in the back side of the air blower; and a step of controlling the air supply pressure and the air supply flux of the back side of the air blower.
