In the present invention, (i) an aramid multi-filament bundle (4) is neutralized by repeating, several times, a process of spraying an alkali aqueous solution to the aramid multi-filament bundle (4) which is moved along a conveyor (5) after being spun and solidified, collecting the sprayed alkali aqueous solution by suction, and circulating the collected alkali aqueous solution to another spraying nozzle; and then (ii) the aramid multi-filament bundle (4) is washed by repeating, several times, a process of spraying water to the aramid bundle moved along the conveyor after completing the neutralizing step, collecting the sprayed water by suction, and circulating the collected water to another spraying nozzle. The present invention minimizes amounts of neutralizing agents and water used at the steps of neutralizing and washing and can thereby significantly reduce costs of wastewater treatment, and in addition, can raise the total fineness of the aramid multi-filament, which can be neutralized and washed at once, up to a level of 50,000 deniers, thereby also improving productivity. |
