A network clock synchronization device and a working method therefor. The device comprises: a clock recovery portion and a clock gating portion. One end of the clock recovery portion is connected to a network data access device, and other end is connected to the clock gating portion, and the clock recovery portion is configured to recover a line clock by using data brought by the network data access device. A first input end of the clock gating portion is connected to the clock recovery portion, a second input end is connected to the network data access device, an output end is connected to a phase-locked loop, and the clock gating portion is configured to: when the network data access device interrupts data transmission to the clock recovery portion, cut off the line clock voluntarily transferred by the clock recovery portion to the phase-locked loop. |
