PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the form of detection or alarm correspond to the requirement of obstacle removal, in a disaster prevention facility that detects the existence of an obstacle disturbing the operation of a fire door or a smoke preventing/exhausting device, and issues an alarm.SOLUTION: An obstacle detector detects the existence of an obstacle disturbing the operation of a fire door or a smoke preventing/exhausting device, and issues an alarm about the obstacle in a disaster prevention facility.
