PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a pedal feeling of an operator of a vehicle, by minimizing the brake pedal movement.SOLUTION: An assembly method of a power brake assembly 20 comprises a brake booster 22 and a master cylinder 24 for forming a chamber 32 arranged between at least one reservoir port 36 and at least one brake line port 38, and is started by an insertion process to the brake booster of the master cylinder. In this method, a pressure difference between at least the one reservoir port and at least the one brake line port of the master cylinder is measured in the insertion process, and afterwards, insertion of the master cylinder into the brake booster is stopped in response to a detection of the pressure difference. In this method, the master cylinder is pulled out by a certain distance from the inside of the brake booster, and after retreating the master cylinder by the distance, the brake booster is fixed to the master cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
