<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sending assembly suitable for use in a variety of dosing pumps. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure-sending assembly includes a pump body having a pump bore and a sleeve fixed into the pump bore. The sleeve has a first end, a second end and a sleeve bore. A plunger is advanced into the first end of the sleeve and reciprocates in the sleeve bore. The sleeve has at least one port which can make fluid flow while making it pass through the wall of the sleeve.
