PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processing device that accurately and precisely calculate a blood vessel wall region used for calculating wall shear stress.SOLUTION: A medical image processing device 10 includes: blood flow information calculation means 113 for calculating blood flow information including four-dimensional blood flow velocity vector data based on four-dimensional image data capable of calculating four-dimensional velocity vector data consisting of spatial three dimensions and a plurality of time phases; blood vessel information calculation means 114 for setting a region of interest based on the four-dimensional blood flow velocity vector data, and calculating blood vessel information including a blood vessel wall region based on the four-dimensional blood flow velocity vector data in the region of interest; and WSS calculation means 115 for calculating wall shear stress based on the blood flow information and the blood vessel information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
