PURPOSE: A portable terminal and method for creating and acquiring messages about external objects are provided to enable a user to confirm remained messages corresponding to a location by relating the location to the message. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(180) displays a message input screen about an external object corresponding to a specific point by controlling a touch screen according to a touch signal. A wireless communication unit(110) transmits the message including inputted message content to an external server according to the control unit. The transmitted message is provided to specific terminals including the specific point.
