PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in which a special function is needed on a migration source, retransfer occurs, and time required for data migration between storages increases, when executing non-stop data migration between storages.SOLUTION: A data migration control system comprises a virtual machine server which executes one or a plurality of virtual machines, and first storage means and second storage means which include blocks to store data. The virtual machine server comprises performance information management means which measures a frequency of writing access to the blocks of the first storage means by each virtual machine and writing access control means which converts the writing access by the virtual machines into writing access to both the first storage means and the second storage means. The second storage means comprises data migration execution means which copies the data of the blocks to the blocks of the second storage means on the basis of the measurement result by the performance information management means. |
