摘要 The invention relates to a heat exchanger for the indirect transfer of heat between a first and a second medium, having a jacket that surrounds a jacket space (M) for receiving the first medium (S); a plate-type heat exchanger (2) arranged in the jacket space (M) and having a heat exchanger block (20) with first heat exchange passages (201) for receiving the first medium (S) and second heat exchange passages (202) for receiving the second medium (S'); a first collector (21) which is fixed on a first side (20a) of the heat exchanger block (20) and is fluidically connected to the second heat exchange passages (202), such that the second medium (S) can be introduced via the first collector (21) into the second heat exchange passages (202); and a second collector (22) which is fixed on a second side (20b) – oriented away from the first side (20a) – of the heat exchanger block (20) and is fluidically connected to the second heat exchange passages (202), such that the second medium (S') can be drawn off via the second collector (22) from the second heat exchange passages (202), wherein the second collector (22) extends in a direction of extent (E) along the second side (20b), wherein a first pipe (41a), extending in the direction of extent (E), for drawing off the second medium (S') from the second collector (22) is fluidically connected to the second collector (22) and leaves the jacket space (M) in the direction of extent (E) through a through-opening (O) in the jacket (3). According to the invention, it is provided that the first collector (21) extends in the direction of extent (E) along the first side (20a), wherein there is provided at least one first inlet stub (31) connected to the first collector (21), which stub leaves the first collector (21) perpendicular to the direction of extent (E), wherein the second medium (S') can be introduced via the first inlet stub (31) into the first collector (21), and wherein the heat exchanger (1) has a third collector (23) which is arranged in the jacket space (M) and which is fluidically connected to the at least one inlet stub (31), wherein in particular the third collector (23) is in the form of a hollow sphere or a hollow half-sphere.
