<p>The device has a frame (2) fixable on a package, a tubular member (22) connected to the frame (2) and internally defining a pouring opening (24), and a cap (25) connected by an elastic hinge (27) to the tubular member (22) for rotation about a first axis for opening and closing the pouting opening (24). The tubular member (22) is movably connected to the frame (2) for rotation about a second axis (30) extending perpendicularly with respect to the first axis (28). A lug (34) connected to the cap (25) slideably engages a protrusion (19) connected to the frame (2) for preventing rotation of the cap (25) about the first axis (28), during rotation of the tubular member (22) about the second axis (30), until completion of a predetermined angular displacement of the tubular member (22) with respect to said frame (2). <IMAGE></p> |
