PURPOSE: A device for identifying a viewer location, a method and a display device using the same are provided to enable the viewer to comfortably watch the display device. CONSTITUTION: An image acquiring module(200) photographs an object image. A detecting module(202) detects the object from a photographed image. The detecting module calculates a size and a coordinate of the object image. A location calculating module(204) calculates a 3D location of the object by using a calculated size and the coordinate information in a space where the object is located.
