PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost and to promote the miniaturization of a device while securing smooth driving of a damper by integrally molding the damper and a lever to drive this damper on the rotating damper in a duct. SOLUTION: A rotating damper 10 to adjust opening of an air outlet is provided on a duct. The damper 10 has a rotating central shaft 14 and a lever 16, and they are integrally molded in one process by injection molding. Additionally, it is possible to provided a seal packing 17 on the damper 10. Also, the lever 16 of the damper 10 is connected to a lever of another damper through a shaft. As the level to drive the damper 10 is integrally molded with the damper 10 in this way, it is possible to secure smooth driving of the damper. Additionally, it is possible to reduce manufacturing man-hour and the number of parts and to reduce cost.
