PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a drain port in a large space and to increase the degree of freedom of arrangement by arranging an entrance chamber, an evaporator, and a bulkhead to separate a drain chamber to be arranged below an exit chamber from the entrance chamber, between a first side wall and the evaporator. SOLUTION: A casing 11 is constituted of a casing body 12 formed in a box type an upper part of which is opened of synthetic resin and a synthetic resin made cover 13 to close an upper end opening part. Additionally, an evaporator 15 is stored in the casing 11, and an entrance chamber 16, an exit chamber 17 and a drain chamber 18 is formed below the evaporator 15. Furthermore, the drain chamber 18 and the entrance chamber 16 are separated from each other by a first bulkhead 12a which the casing body 12 furnishes and a bulkhead 26 arranged between itself and the evaporator 15. Consequently, a drain port 34 can be arranged in either of comparatively large spaces on a horizontal surface, and it is possible to increase the degree of freedom on arrangement of the drain port 34.
