PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device which enables easy maintenance and inspection work even in a small space. SOLUTION: The cleaning device includes a main body 120 to clean a rubber blanket on the outer periphery of a rubber blanket cylinder 14 on the underside of a rotary press, a supporting frame 110 to slidably support the main body 120 at an operation position where the cylinder 14 is cleaned, and a rotary frame 130, the proximal end of which is supported so that the frame 130 can be rotatable about axis 131a parallel with the axis of the cylinder 14, whereby the body 120 can be transferred between the frame 110 and the tip of the frame 130.
