PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a large holding force and suppress bias load from being applied to holding members by a method wherein links are bonded between connecting members and a second holding member 2 at one end part and the other end part of a rectilinearly driving device, so as to extend the respective links with the extending action of the rectilinearly driving device in order to hold moldings between first and second holding pieces. SOLUTION: To supports 51a and 52a in a first and second holding members 51 and 52, first and second holding pieces 51b and 52b are provided. In addition, the support 51a is slidably supported at the intermediate parts of tie-bars 12 and 13. A rectilinearly driving device 60 is arranged between a connecting member 15 fixed to the tie-bars 12 and 13 and the support 52a. A first and a third links 62 and 64 are provided to a first and a second brackets 15a and 15b provided to the connecting member 15, while a second and a fourth brackets 63 and 65 are provided to a third and a fourth brackets 15c and 15d provided to the support 52a. When a cylinder device 61 is extended, the distance between the tips of the first and the second links 62 and 63 and of the third and the fourth links 64 and 65 are enlarged, resulting in holding moldings between the first and the second holding pieces 51b and 52b.
